About Kiln
Kiln is a restaurant and bar perched 18 floors above Surry Hills. It is the crown of Ace Hotel Sydney.
Produce-driven and punchy, the food we serve reflects contemporary Australia’s diverse cuisine. We keep the menu nimble in order to evolve with our producers’ weekly deliveries.
Our kitchen is led by Culinary Director Isobel Whelan-Little, who cut her teeth in kitchens including the Michelin-starred restaurant Brat in London and Sydney's cult favourite, LP's Quality Meats.
